BM ACADEMY
How do we make sure you feel at home from your first day at BM Engineering? With our BM Academy: 6 months of tailor-made guidance and training. We familiarise you with our specific way of working and let you participate in site visits and meetings with external parties. We look at which knowledge you can still polish up in order to grow quickly in our projects and look together with you for the best way to fulfil your potential. In the meantime, we will immerse you in numerous social activities such as drinks, the BM Café, our annual BM Classic running and cycling event, team building and external lunches.

- We are a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with specialists in all facets of a construction project: stability - building services - Industrial MEP - BIM - civil engineering.
- From our offices in Kortrijk and Antwerp, we work on large and often prestigious projects in Flanders and Brussels: office projects, luxury flats, care and school buildings, complex industrial buildings in various sectors and civil projects such as bridges, tunnels and tank farms.
- We are strong in new construction and complex renovations.
- We set the bar high to exceed our clients' expectations and to keep challenging you and your colleagues.
- We make maximum use of digital tools so you can work more efficiently, faster and budget-friendly.
- Our team is large enough (+80) to cope with any project, but also small enough for you to find your place quickly. It is a mix of ages, with a predominance of 20s and 30s.
- We are a company with +50 years of experience, where the associates work day-to-day and where you as a person and an employee are at the centre. Moreover, cordiality and a positive team spirit are much more important to us than individual assertiveness.
